Near jeweller to get custom made men's wedding ring?

Our jeweller in Singleton made the wrong ring & have been caught lying to us about their mistake so we want to go elsewhere

We are getting married in 4 weeks and need a ring!

Is there any chance of a jeweller making a custom men's ring in 4 weeks

or is he better off buying one in a shop?
