No login to admin account possible

I have an urgent problem with my Google Workspace admin account.

Since purchasing Google Workspace, I haven't been able to log in to the admin console. The behavior is as follows:

I log in with my Workspace Gmail account.

Two-factor authentication completes successfully.

The account selection screen then appears, I select my Workspace admin account, but nothing happens – the admin console doesn't load, and I'm not redirected.

I am the only super admin for this domain. The problem has persisted for some time, regardless of the browser or device.

Unfortunately, I'm not receiving any support via phone or email.

Therefore, I urgently request that you reactivate my admin account or provide me with a way to regain access to the admin console. I can prove domain ownership and am available for any questions.
