how to change age restrictions?

hi so like i’m 22 and randomly over the summer instagram has decided that’s not true? and with that it has started genuinely hiding people’s posts from me (but i can view them on my alt account with the same contact into?) and it’s not like im blocked or anything it picks and chooses which one to hide or it will just straight up not show me peoples stories with either a reasoning on why (it simply just saying “ this content may be inappropriate… it’s unavailable for certain audiences”) or it’s just blank. it’s starting to just get frustrating because i seem to have tried everything in settings and nothing. if they need ID proof i can give them it i just want to be able to see things people 💔
