Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints shows rendering for first temple in Indonesia.

Exciting news is coming from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints! They have unveiled a stunning exterior rendering of their very first temple in Indonesia, marking a significant milestone for the growing community of believers in the region.

The Jakarta Indonesia Temple is set to rise majestically in South Jakarta City, a project first announced by the Prophet Russell M. Nelson in April 2023. This remarkable Temple will span almost 50,000 square feet and soar nearly three stories high, complete with an ancillary building, a meetinghouse, and housing for patrons. Nestled on a spacious 1.5-acre lot, it promises to be a beautiful addition to the landscape.

With nearly 8,000 members spread across around 25 congregations in Indonesia, this Temple will serve as a beacon of faith and a gathering place for members. The anticipation of this first temple in Indonesia reflects the Church's commitment to supporting its members and fostering spiritual growth in the region. It’s an exciting time for many, and the unveiling of the rendering is just the beginning of an inspiring journey for the Church in Indonesia!
