Mouse click 'dropping' things

Idk exactly how it started. At first I thought it was bc I switched to Edge, but it's doing it all over. I also just messed with some settings like smooth scroll. I have an Ergo+. Has anyone else experienced this? I'll be dragging something and it just drops it or changes what it's doing while I'm still holding it, based on where I'm dragging it like if I am dragging it to another place it might just glitch basically and it's a new behavior. It's windows 10 and I've never had issues like this.
