I can't open file locations with Win11 or other programs.
Using "Open File Location" with any Start Menu item in Windows 11 or "Open Folder" after a download in Firefox produces the error dialog shown in the image.
I've tried various fixes such as SFC /SCANNOW, a Registry search to make sure IsShortcut has a blank value and looked to see if there are any mentions of the error in the Reliability Monitor (there are none).
Win 11 Home (25H2) 10.0.26200, 32GB RAM, i7-9700k.
