How should I rid of an old mattress and broken kitchen stove

Hi all,

As the title mentions it, I have an old mattress and broken kitchen stove in one of the rooms of my appartment (2nd floor and no elevators). I have no idea how to get rid of them, where and who to contact for that.

Appreciate if you could please share any contacts who do these kind of works ? Obviously would need a lorry for that.
