Do I need a trust? Single childfree millionaire

Location: Washington

I have about 650k in 401k and about 2.1 million in taxable accounts. No real estate. Single and I’m not planning to have kids. I have a single member LLC where I sell imported merchandise as a hobby (the most expensive product I sell is $60 just to give an idea). They’re everyday life items like shirts, tote bags, hats.

Do I need to set up a trust? I’m worried that if a customer ever sued me, my personal assets could be at risk.
