Can you discuss salary with the hiring manager?

Will be having my final interview with the hiring manager from a local bank soon and I'm a fresh grad (this is my first time getting in for the final interview). I would like to ask if the salary is discuss with the hiring manager or with the HR lang? I was asked of my salary expectation during my initial interview with HR (thru phone call) but hindi na-share yung salary for the position and I also wasn't able to asked because I got really nervous :(( im just trying to prepare my answers since I get nervous a lot and tends to stutter.
