I want to cry just thinking about my teeth
I was born with perfectly straight teeth, but when I was younger I didn't build a habit of brushing them , so I had to get a lot of fillings done. And I'm so ashamed to admit this, but even now I don't do it as im supposed to.
What makes it worse is that I can see new cavities forming, and I just feel like it's too late and I should just pull them all out.
Maybe I'm being dramatic, but I don't think I have one tooth that does already have fillings in.
I feel disgusting and so ashamed. I'm ashamed to tell my mom I need to go to the dentist again, I'm ashamed to go to the same dentist again and have to tell them to refix my teeth over and over again. That shame has led me to not tell about the time my tooth really had a hole in it, and I had to pull it out later.
I want to cry even thinking about this, I had perfect teeth but I ruined them. I even think my enema is fucked .
I hope I'm being dramatic, I hope there is a may to fix this, but I'm just feeling hopeless, like I'm too old to have to struggle with this.
