What are some best mobile phones to purchase under 30K INR?

I'm looking to buy a new mobile phone. I was thinking of buying Nord CE5 but then I read somewhere that it only has a single speaker and doesn't have VoLTE. So It created some confusion in my mind. What is the best phone under 30K? My primary usage will be calling, work, streaming and occasional gaming and clicking photos.
