Companion Work Stations: Brainstorming

I always thought a good mod would be specialised workstations for your companions* for when you are grinding another's perk.

So I thought once a character's arc was finished they could be placed in a settlement or optionally their 'home' such as Publick Occurences and do a unique thing. here's what I have so far:

- Danse.
Military Planning Table
A table with maps, a radio and so on.
Gives +5 Defence to all settlements

- Piper
Printing Press
A printing setup for her and Nat with press, terminals and so on.
Gives +5 Happiness to all settlements

- Curie
Laboratory
A lab set up or set of statics with a science theme
No bonus I can think of yet.

- Preston
Command centre. (Probably at The castle)
Gives Combat Bonus to settlement caravans. Not sure how it'd be implemented.

- Cait
'Cait's Bar' a nightclub or similar. It'd be cool if Tommy ran it with her.
Gives +10 Happiness to that settlement

- Strong
Can't think of anything for Strong as I never use him.

- Hancock.
Another one I can't think of what would be good that would do justice to Hancock.

It's here I run out of ideas so I thought I'd see what your imaginations come up with.

(*Mainly because Piper wants me to make her a new printing press and isn't shy about mentioning it)
