Spoiler about Hugh in Taming 7 - what are your theories

Don’t read this If you haven’t read taming 7 or releasing 10 , it’s not a major spoiler though . After all we don’t know what’s happening with Hugh.

Hugh was sick with fever somewhere in the last few chapters of Taming 7 , I think this happens after Mark comes back . Also he mentioned to Gibsie that he’s really fucked.

What was that about ? What are your theories ?

I also remember Lizzie telling others that Hugh is not sick with a contagious disease or something
