Given EOI for Sobha Hoskote | review this

Hey Guys

I have given EOI for Sobha hoskote.

My points to give EOI :

Good connectivity location : near toll plaza , future growth potential from Whitefield-Hoskote and KR Puram to Hoskote and hoskote to Airport

Good construction quality : Sobha construction is top notch and highest floor I am looking for it.

Extendable township : around 150 acers (3 phases )

Future appreciation : since big township and good land parcel - sure shot appreciation will be their from EOI to possession or complete of all three phases

Environment: for kids and parents ( it will be good other than closed flats and congested projects )

Negative (but ok)

• 5 years possession ( financial planning can do) - somewhat grace for huge price

• sqft price - it may be high or so high but tbh- all are like - when someone can own - when really they can afford it and what they can afford it —- so I feel just get better deal and better unit

Negative

• away from city
• me and wife are working - so need to travel daily ( hope god - metro comes )

Ps : I will be cautious while backing off the deal not to have any issue ( thought of hire of lawyer to handle deal to till possession)
