Anyone thought about how weird it must be for Ascended Astarion to start shitting again after 200 years?

The ascension made him a living vampire. He can eat food again. THEREFORE, his ability to shit must return… and a time would come where he would have to take his first dump in 200 years. That must feel strange as fuck. And terrifying.

But yeah, just a thought.
