i have a final tomorrow but am having trouble sleeping because i suddenly got hives all over my body, its so itchy and i have no idea if theyre stress induced or related to an allergy. i think i could get through my final if i really tried but i think ill bomb because of sleep deprivation and how distracting the itchiness will be.

should i consider going to thealth and wellness tomorrow and getting a voi?
