NEWB: How can i get decent at this game?

Hello,

i know its probably the 1000th post like this but i just cant get into bf6.

I know its more tactic than games like cod but i just die and die and die.

I really want to play the game and enjoy it like everyone else but i just cant.

Spawn. Die. Spawn. Die.
And the worst i dont even see the enemys.

I get like 3 lucky kills per game where im somehow behind an enemy and he cannot defend himself...
