Problem with Ecovacs Deebot 500

Hello,

I am contacting you because I recently purchased an Ecovacs Deebot 500.

It worked fine the first few times, but since last week, even after a full charge, when I turn it on, it starts vacuuming for a few seconds, then rolls without vacuuming, then vacuums again, etc. for 1 or 2 minutes, then stops and starts beeping, with the light on.

I have reset it, but without success. And I have not QR Code on the vacuum.
