First build - advice on quality of parts + ease of assembly

I play almost exclusively RPG games (BG3, Fallout, DA, Skyrim, etc.) so not sure if these specs are overkill? I just have a dream to be able to run modded BG3 on highest quality without my pc freezing up.

I will buy a monitor based on whichever PC I end up building.

I'm also not in a rush to build it so am willing to wait for better deals on any of the components. If any of the components are significantly cheaper in the US I have family there who can bring me parts.

No specific budget, cheaper is better but I can be sold on anything under 2k.

Appreciate any advice/feedback!
