Anyone have experience with 1st Tribal Lending? Trying to figure out if it's worth it

I've been looking at different ways to consolidate my credit card debt and someone mentioned 1st Tribal Lending. But when I tried to research them, I couldn't find much information. Their website is confusing and I can't tell what products they actually offer. Are they even a real company or is this a waste of time? I'm trying to get out of debt, not get deeper into it.
