[TOMT] trying to identify a thriller/ sci fi movie? 2010 -2014 Redbox/dvd

hi all, I’m trying to find the title of a movie I saw sometime around 2010–2013 (possibly a DVD or Redbox release). Here’s everything I remember about it:

genre: Sci‑fi-ish, suspense/thriller, maybe a bit of drama.

Beginning: The movie starts with a huge mansion. There is an older man (kind of a host or guide) who is showing the visitors around the mansion.

Key visual: The man shows the visitors glass boxes or pods, which seem to have people (or something resembling humans) inside. The room is very white and sci‑fi looking, almost laboratory-like.

Characters: There are about 4–5 people in total. The main character is a woman. There might also be a child involved

Later / end scenes: At some point, there is a cave scene where the woman hides behind a large rock, possibly while holding a gun. She is hiding from a man who may also be armed.

Other details:

• The movie has sci‑fi-looking “suspension” or containment themes (like people in tubes/pods).
• The movie is not mainstream — it could have been direct-to-DVD or low-budget.
• I remember the DVD cover or promotional art being light blue, possibly showing the mansion.
• i could be wrong about some information, but I remember it so clear, I’m not sure

If anyone recognizes this film or has any ideas, it would be a huge help — even partial matches are appreciated. Thank you
