Needs some advice please, unpaid tax over years..

I was homeless in 2010...someone helped me out and i started working online in 2011 and had major drinking issues and an undiagnosed mental illness ,I kept working and didn't think i needed to pay tax ...the years went on and i just survived..i met a partner who saved me and ended up living with them but still drinking heavily...i stopped drinking heavily after corvid and then being diagnosed with bpd...he told me 2 years ago that i should really ad dup what iv made over the years..i didn't realise i had made over the personal allowance for each year...iv been single and living alone for the last 8years...i added up from 2011 till 2025 and the total is £316.112.00 before i deduct personal allowances from the years..i have done online modelling..

i sent hmrc a notification last month (nov 2025 that i wanto make a disclosure, ive not heard back from them yet..i cant afford to give them any money. Only have £1500 to my name..i guess Id like to know what people think. Will they send me to prison? what wil happen to me? I realise i could phone hmrc and ask but i have bad phone anxiety... thank you for thE repLies
