Don’t know if I have a strong case

Currently still serving. I deployed to Africa from 2020-2021 came back with back pain plus migraines due to being station by a burn pit. But didn’t think much of it and never filled a Va claim. Than in 2024 I went to Macedonia for some training exercise. I got bit by a bug while over there and had to get surgery to clean and remove the bacteria on my hip when I got back to the States. I got a LOD for that and ever since then my hip hurts when I stand for to long or move around. Than during AT I got some sort of infection on my knee on the same side that the hip injury occur and they had to send me to a local hospital because they said it was affecting my knee bone/tissue. I also got a LOD for that. Than after I ended up failing my hearing test and they said I had to get re examined. I have been in for 9 years and been a 11B for all of that. Never really thought about VA claims and stuff until now. I still wish to continue to serve. What do you guys think? Should I file a claim? Thank you.
