Need help for a friend in Oklahoma

Hi everyone, so I have a friend who currently lives in Oklahoma with her parents. I’m not from the United States so I am not entirely sure about the community in the area, so I was wondering if anyone had advice on social groups and general advice, help and possibly services that will be friendly?
