Weak spleen and kidney
I started treating myself with acupuncture. I discovered Lyme disease a few months ago. At the same time I have ehlers danlos syndrome which affects the collagen in my body, mcas which makes my mast cells always very activated and react to many foods, I have sibo, tea, dysautonomia which is now under control. But the lyme took a toll on my stomach and intestines. I'm still off antibiotics, because my spleen and kidney energy is so weak and my liver is overstimulated that I can't tolerate many things. The professional said that as I come from a family full of chronic and autoimmune diseases, I was born with a weak spleen and kidney. It feels like I'm always cold and damp inside. Feet and hands often cold, intolerance to cold. I lost almost 20kg. My digestion is extremely poor, almost paralyzed. To make matters worse, I have sulfur intolerance and end up having my detox pathways impaired. I live in Brazil. Any tips on how I can improve digestion? With Lyme I started having bouts of diarrhea and severe intestinal pain. Now she is under control, but I eat very little. Ghee butter, almond milk, homemade gluten-free bread, vegetable broth, white rice, cooked zucchini and French beans, boiled English potatoes and Japanese pumpkin. Cooked chicken. They're the only things I tolerate. I can't even take digestive enzymes. Worried now about gastroparesis.
