Do you think she will have Gorou on her Banner?

I can't go for both Columbina and Zibai( (i want Ineffa), so i made up my mind that the only way i would go for Zibai over Columbina is if she has Illuga, Gorou and Aino on her banner. Illuga is almost guaranteed to be on her banner, and Aino also has a strong chance since both Zibai and Ineffa want her. Do you think Hoyo will be kind enough to put Gorou on the banner too?
