Hear me out: new ultra rare consumable (to bring back the missing grind) that you can use on a non year of prophecy weapon to make it a tiered weapon, and subsequent consumables upgrade the tier

Right now destiny doesnt really have a lot of grind in the allaround game. Renagades brought aome fenuinely GOOD grind back, but when its over theres badically no reason tk return to the game. Arms week brought what I thought was a really fun grind for a good reward and a top tier emblem for those willing to go the extra mile. All we need is a reason to grind, this is the perfect opportunity as people would have a reason to get any weapon from old activities and grind this new consumable. Put it behind a rare drop from a rotating activity like pvp some days, arenas some other days. For adept weapons, they just keep their 2 perks through the upgrade process and gain 2 extra when upgraded to tier 5.
