Do all randoms not have a brain?

I swear everytime I do the casino heist I always get randoms who do not know how to play the fucking game or follow instructions it honestly feels like im talking to children, like i played the casino heist last night (still havent completed it yet) I specifically said DO NOT go to the helicopter and instead just hide in the sewers because it's easier but instead of doing that they kept on dying and losing money trying to get to the heli and its the fact these arent even low levels there levels are above FUCKING 200
