Help me understand fnaf 4 and SL timeline

Why do we hear phone guy in fnaf 4. If it’s Mike why is he so small and in a kids room. By the time he is on his mission wouldn’t he be older. I’m just very confused in all of it. I wanna know all the possible explanations and the timeline of when Mike actually goes to crack down on stuff. Is SL even the start?
