What are Verses Used in the Circular when Expulsions are Announced?

Hello everyone; as the title says, I was curious about which verses they preach at the end of worship service in the circular in order to biblically explain why this expelled member must be kicked out of the church. I want to read the entire passage/chapter of the verses they use and I'd like to take note of them for the inevitable future when I leave this church and get expelled.
