unauthorized Enscape license” threats? Need advice.

Hi everyone, We’ve been receiving repeated emails from a company called Ruvixx claiming that we’re using an unauthorized Enscape license. We’ve already removed the software from all our systems and are planning to purchase new, legitimate software.

However, the accusations they’re making in the email are not true — we haven’t been using Enscape for a long time, and their claims don’t match our actual usage.

Has anyone here faced a similar situation with Ruvixx or any other compliance/audit company? Are they actually able to take legal action, or are these emails mostly pressure tactics to push companies into buying new licenses?

Any advice or shared experiences would be really appreciated.
