Neighbors cat

Is there anything that can be done about a neighbors cat coming onto your property? I have these neighbors that like to sit in their garage drinking and smoking cigs until around 1 am. They seem to let out these two black cats while they do this. These cats come to our front door and spray and they also climb our vehicles leaving scratches. I have 3 cats myself so they start to get upset seeing these cats on their territory. I’ve brushed it off until recently. I’m tired of the ring cameras waking me up and seeing my car scratched with muddy paw prints everywhere . I‘m a pet owner so I’m not being mean. I don’t let my cats out at night so they don’t do this to neighbors.
