Southern Software CAD

Our agency is switching to southern software but the training day begins two hours after my 12 hour night shift, then I'm back to work the following night. I know I'll be dead on my feet, so I'm wondering if there is a demo or training online I can read up on in advance. Noticed a lot of people really like this CAD. Just haven't been able to find much of anything by googling. Hoping to start getting function keys and screen layout mentally processed before I walk bleary-eyed into class. Thanks in advance
