What is best to learn if I plan to go overseas?

I finished college at 19 a couple months ago in Instrumentation & Controls and have a job where I’m seeing RSLogix500/5000 programming, the IT side of the process, and getting mechanical knowledge as well as basic electrical knowledge. My goal is to start traveling across the pond in the next couple years(no certain time), is there any certain areas I should focus in/what certs to get to get to help me reach my goal?
