Should I buy the 80d or 7d mark ii ?

First of all, sorry if this question has already been asked.

So I'm a beginner and really interested in photography. I'm looking for my first camera. I think I’ll spend about 50% of my time plane spotting, 30% doing bird/forest photography, and 20% city/travel photography.

My first choice is the 7D Mark II (around €170 more than the 80D) because of its durability and pros like a better burst rate, better AF... But the 80D also seems great. I’ve read that it performs better at high ISO and has more megapixels (even if I think the difference between 20 and 24 MP is barely noticeable).

So I don’t know which one to choose: the 7D Mark II (for durability, longer lifespan, weather sealing, GPS…) or the 80D (better high-ISO performance, touchscreen,wifi..).

And I don’t think I’ll go for mirrorless because the lenses are too expensive for my budget, and the adapters as well.

Thanks :)
