I have had a crush on this girl for almost a decade now

So context:-

I am M 17 and i have liked this girl for 7-10 years now , i have never dropped her hints and she hasnt too we know each other cus we live in the same building and like her younger sibling was one of my close friends at a period of time , she has seen all my phases i was pretty cool when i was in grade 2 and and i got overweight and i wasnt attractive till grade 11 cus now i have dropped my weight and got into gym and etc i will consider myself a 7-8/10 and yeah she is a 10/10 for me she is kind to everyone super extrovert and beautiful and i am introverted and socially awkward and idk a little nerdy too. now we had a little more than acquantainces back then and we never spoke a lot to each other directly , but we have played together and i have also gone to her bday parties which her family had hosted and many of her friends had like come over yk what i mean , so we lost connection after the pandemic and we havent really talked to we still live in the same building and yeah we have seen each other or we had contacts one or two times a year but it was simple work related or small work related thing and i dont know how do i initiate contact and i am super shy and i have never been into a relationship and yeah thats it.
