Get paint off brick paving

We are painting our house's exterior walls and my dog decided to walk through the tray with wet paint and get his paw prints ALL over our brand new brick paving 😧

We immediately wiped up what we could and a lot of the paint came off with a wet cloth but in many spots it already dried and we can't get it off.

I have no experience with DIY things but was thinking that sandpaper might be able to remove it somewhat? Please give me some advice
