looking for affordable vet in east bay!

hello all, i recently adopted a male kitten and he's about 6 months old. i've only had him for about two and a half months but he has some respiratory issues (breathing fast, wheezing) i want to get checked out. the san leandro VCA is either always busy or they're not very helpful. if anyone knows of any vets that are not too busy and very transparent with their services and pricing please lmk! im willing to go distances to improve my cats health
