I've micro dosed Nektar since August, just increased

The highest I've taken at once is 3.75mg four times most days since August. Tonight I've double dosed. Should I be okay? Because I feel absolutely wonderful and free from the chains of OCD. What's the highest you've dosed at once, and how many times a day?
