Hair loss a year after chemo

It’s been about a year post 3x bep by 6 months after I was pretty good, hair seemed full now at the year mark it’s thinning quite a bit, chat gpt says delayed wave of hair loss is actually common. I do have some just slightly below avg vitamin deficiencies like d and b12 as well as a little over on premature red blood cells, my next doctor appointment is soon and hoping the chemo and vitamin issues could be at fault or if it’s just the end of the road for my hair at 26 even though it grew back pretty well previously. Anyone else deal with delayed hair loss?
