How in the fuck are you supposed to shower and/or exercise with CGMs?

I fucking wait for it, I fucking dry the area, stick 'em on, don't shower or exercise for the day after I put them on, and then they either fall off when I sweat or come off in the shower. Am I just supposed to sit around and do nothing for the rest of my life to have these actually stay on? Just started using them again because, you know, there's a bunch of new ones and, yeah, no, the first one (Dexcom G7) fell off 4 days in I think I'd rather prick my fingers every day than deal with this bullshit. You're telling me sportspeople use CGMs? Fuck right off.
