How to get back to the old app ASAP?

Made a mistake and I want to go back to the old app, the new is absolutely horrible, I can't even see a "help me" line that connects you to your studio and they always answer right away. Also I created mental patchways from one year at the last app- the way it were really kept me going too (it was a plus!) please help!
