My 2025 BFT Wrapped

Thought I would take the time to share this as we close in on the end of the year with a few weeks to go. It sure has been a big one for me.

From 3rd January to 9th December, the goal was simple: show up, put in the work, repeat. I completed all three 8WC rounds this year, and while it is harder for me to show big visual changes or through Evolt scans, strength, fitness and capacity have improved block by block. MAS testing earlier in the year definitely pushed me, and I managed to notch a few PBs along the way.

I only started BFT on 2nd November 2024 I have sure come a very long way in a short time and honestly never thought I would be this deep into it and love ever minute of it.

Across the year I logged 15,000+ minutes trained, that is 263 hours, nearly 11 full days if you joined them end to end. Wild seeing it stacked like that!

I wrapped up 335 sessions total, with 54 double session days (love those double cardio sesh epically during 8WC!), and 196,658+ calories burned according to the BF3 HRM. Some sessions felt strong, some were a battle, but I kept turning up regardless. Gonna miss Beast Mode...

Medals for the stat lovers:
121 Gold • 91 Silver • 61 Bronze • 62 No Medal
Gold strike rate 36.12%. Consistency over perfection!

There were also many more wins, milestones and little breakthroughs during the year for me too many to list, but all earned one session at a time.

Really grateful for the r/BodyFitTrainingAus community and everyone who reads or jumps in on my Intel posts each week and finds value besides being BFT session ready. The engagement, support has been super, and shared wins make this journey even better. Can not wait to see how we all level up next year and watch this community grow even more. Thank you all.

This was not the finish line, just a checkpoint.

2026, let us keep building! 💪🔥
