Wardrobe Achievements

I completed the game with every ending. I bought all the paid clothes, accessories and makeup, but the wardrobe achievement is only 2%. Does anyone know if I need to do the free options to get it to 1%? I experienced the same thing with Arcanum, Sophie’s Ten Wishes, Queens in 30 Days, and Shadows of Saintfour. Does anyone have any information on what can be done about this?
