Need Advice on Buying an Under-Construction SRA Flat

Hi everyone,

I’m planning to purchase an under-construction SRA flat. The flat is actually good and the location is great too. The price is decent and the broker says he will provide all the required paperwork.

I want to know if it’s actually safe to buy an under-construction SRA flat. Has anyone here purchased one before? What papers should I be asking for? And should I consult a lawyer before going ahead?

Would really appreciate any advice or personal experiences.
