Got some annoying news today.
Apparently, I have high blood pressure. It hit 170 260 several times I wore one of those machines I forgot its name that measures once every 30 minutes the ones every half hour. Went in today the next day, and was told I am most likely need to go on medicine one pill a day. I work out 4 to 5 days a week I eat averagely healthy sure I drink 3 to 4 cups of coffee a day and I gained stressful games, but I wouldn’t hope that that has anything to do with my blood pressure.
My watch was literally telling me that my heartbeat is now too high. Normally I’m at 60 to 70 sometimes even 50. But today it’s been like 97 to 108 after I got the news maybe I’m exaggerating it but I really do not want to at the age of 42 go on blood pressure medicine for the rest of my life. Yes I know it’s helpful. Yes, I know it’s good, but it makes me feel like I have failed my own body and now of course I’m stressing even more because I’ve heard those news so my blood pressure is definitely not getting better.
