Estimators, how did you land your first job?

Greetings, Engineers! I am an aspiring estimator, fresh grad. Just seeking for advice on how to gain an estimating job experience since almost all job postings na nakikita ko online requires at least a year or 2 of experience kahit junior roles. Any tips or recommendations on how to start in this career path? I badly need your words of wisdom sobrang gusto ko napo kasi mag start ng estimator career but I don't know how.
