Starting out with zero budget for trainers, what free workout apps or beginner programs actually work? (emphasis on FREE)

I just graduated and I'm drowning in student loans so paying for a personal trainer or one of those premium coaching apps is completely off the table right now. Some of my friends are spending like $100 a month on online coaching and I literally can’t justify that when I'm trying to pay rent. I've been reading through the wiki here and there's a ton of good info but honestly it gets overwhelming fast. There are so many different programs and opinions and I just want something straightforward that tells me what to do each day without having to become a fitness expert first. I’ve been messing around with boostcamp since its free and actually has programs instead of just being an empty tracker but I’m still trying to figure out what works for me but at least I'm not wandering around the gym completely lost anymore. For anyone else who started with basically no money, what helped you the most? Feels like I'm probably missing some obvious stuff. I watch Jeff Nippard’s stuff and that seems to do the job fine too but idk they don’t handle weight progression so I have to do all of that myself and it’s kind of a lot. And also I’m trying to have an adaptive approach instead of just some set formula.
