How To Get Sponsers On Discord

I am new discord mod and I have around 200 followers on discord and I am trying to increase it more and for that I have increase my team and I also need to hire mods.

Can anyone tell me how to gain sponsers and other agencies that pays me for ads and other tasks. Also I have seen many people paying 3-4$ for 5 posts on reddit or X on discord. So if anyone know that how they manage to pay that much, please let me know? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks
