How many armies do you have?

I don’t have the attention span to stick to one army, I have a 2k Salamanders army, and 1k of Death Guard and Custodes… But Orks are calling! I generally just buy cheap/broken models second hand, and there are just too many of them available, can I justify starting a fourth army!?
